Закончился перевод скрипта Muv-Luv Extra

MuvLuv Extra Main Routes are now completely translated. I will thus be taking a break for about 1.5 weeks.

 

May as well mention a few details I've already decided on and you may have figured out already:

1) Since college is hard, the first week of every academic quarter will be a translation break no matter what. I may also take a second week off if the quarter is especially challenging.

2) If sophomore year proves to be significantly harder than freshman year, I may consider reducing quota to 15kb a day or six days a week instead of the current 20kb seven days a week. This is only a maybe at the moment.

3) The partial MLE patch will not have all images translated, although most of the important ones should be in English, depending on how much gets done before technical issues are resolved. A walkthrough translation *might* also happen in time, but no guarantees.

4) To reiterate, we have no idea when the actual patch will be out. This announcement only concerns completion of the script translations.

 

For you numbers fans, I have gone ahead and thrown a conservative estimate of Unlimited's completion date onto the calendar (August 18th) and also worked out that this milestone puts the MuvLuv project as a whole (E, U and A) at approximately 15% complete.

Cyberfront is bringing the adventure title Chaos Head Noah to PlayStation Portable under its 5pb label. Initially developed for the PC platform by Cyberfront and Nitro Plus, Chaos Head was released for Xbox 360 last year. The upcoming portable version is based on this console release. In addition to a new opening movie, the PSP release is set to feature new recordings of the opening and ending theme.

 

Chaos Head Noah for PlayStation Portable will be available in Japan later this year.

Кстати, наверно уже и так все в курсе, но.. вышла Sakura Wars 5 на английском.. и на всем известном трекере она тоже уже появилась :) Не то чтобы это была чистая визуалка.. скорее дейтсим с трпг элементами.. но учитывая жуткий перевод от Акеллы первой части и вообще редкость подобных игр -- это единственный шанс приобщится к легендарной серии, так сказать ) Да и плюс последняя нормальная игра для PS2 -- так что надо ценить ;)

Вышел патч к прологу Hime x Hime.

Новости о будущих проектах, которые Nitroplus обещали разместить в новых номерах журналов Tech Gian и PUSH, начинают просачиваться в интернет. Пожалуй, самая громкая и ёмкая из них - известие о PC-порте Steins;Gate, духовного наследника ChaoS;HEAd и лучшей консольной VN минувшего года. Как только просочится чуть больше информации об остальных проектах, я, разумеется, также отпишу их здесь.

As you can probably tell, all images, patches, links, and previous posts have been removed from the website at the request of my host provider in compliance with the DMCA notice it received. I'm being especially cautious here to avoid anymore unwanted mishaps. Obviously, this website is useless now since any future translation work I do can't be published here at the risk of it shutting down the website.

ef... the FANDUBBED VISUAL NOVEL

Coming soon! We will be giving the team complete access to our material right after we release ef Lite at the end of the month. Our goal for ef was to make it accessible to as many people as possible, so this is a match made in heaven! Some conditions:

1. Erotic content for the fandub will be removed; some of the voice cast is underage.

2. No Name Losers will give full creative control to the fandub team, and they can do whatever they want to our scripts. Therefore, the fandub script will most likely have a few changes from the regular script in order for dialogue to be presented more smoothly.

We wish the fandub team the very best as they take on the SHINIEST and PRETTIEST (and therefore, BEST) visual novel ever! It's a great day for us minori fanboys!

Хорошо было бы это скоментировать, но пока слов не могу подобрать подходящих.

Анонимусами на jp уже переведено более половины Hatsukoi. Полностью переведены роуты Anzu (родной сестры)и Yusumi, так что особо нетерпеливые могут начинать проходить уже сейчас -- патч качать отсюда.

Это первая переведённая эроге с настоящим инцестом -- так что надо ценить :) Перевод правда пока сырой, опции, имена героев и пр. вообще не переведены -- тока текст.. но всё равно это лучше, чем Atlas :)

Eden* edit war with minori, или Notice of Copyright Infringement desu.

Earlier today, a user (or possibly users) from a single Japanese IP address claiming to be representing eroge company minori cleared the TLWiki entry for Eden*, resulting in an edit war until one of the TLWiki administrators locked down the page. Several legal notices were posted along the way, as well as an argument between the two sides. It remains to be seen what minori will do about NNL’s upcoming releases.

Вышел новый патч к Little Busters!

Изменения относительно предыдущего - переведён роут Kurugaya Yuiko и исправлена куча багов + опечаток.

UPDATE: We’ve been informed that minori has supposedly sent NNL a DMCA request and intend to pursue legal action in Canada if the DMCA is ignored. Meanwhile, NNL has put up a poll on their website asking whether ef should be released. Meanwhile, having also received correspondence from minori, one of the teams working on eden has decided to stop working on the project.
