Кёсукэ Имадори (яп. 今鳥 恭介 Имадори Кёсукэ?) — главный школьный плэйбой, весьма популярен среди девушек, в которых он больше всего ценит одно: размер груди. Обладает уникальной способностью сходу определить размер бюстгальтера у девушки, и уже потом решает стоит ли идти с ней на свидание. Поскольку Микото Суо имеет самую большую грудь среди девушек в его классе, Имадори постоянно пытается закрутить с ней роман, на что Суо реагирует довольно нервно. Постепенно Микото привыкает к приставаниям Кёсукэ и начинает относится к нему более дружелюбно.

Overview

Nicknamed the Hummingbird, Imadori is one of the Five Elite Tigers, and he has pledged to be sworn brothers with Nishimoto Ganji in "the Oath of the Video store."

 

Imadori was first introduced as a minor supporting character, but he came to shine as a unique kind of character and took on a major supporting role, since his first major appearance at the beach trip in episode #12, and throughout the series after that. Whereas most characters seem to usually have a good chemistry with only one or two other characters in the series, Imadori seems to create a great and enjoyable interaction with most of the characters he comes across with, thanks to his self-centered attitude and his obsession with D cups. Such chemistry is ever present between he and the likes of Suou Mikoto, Ichijou Karen, Lala Gonzalez and Hanai Haruki; and each of them is a very different relationship, which in its own creates a wide range of possibilities for character development.

 

In the manga, when he makes his first appearance in chapter 17, he has black hair.

 

Personality

Imadori is a laid-back, carefree guy, who doesn’t seem to have any goals in life apart from dating girls. As such, he can usually be seen doing nothing in class but calling girls on his cell phone, or hitting on any female who passes him by in the hallway. Though he hates hard work, as a result of this constant flirting, he’s forced to get a job so that he can afford his numerous dates, and ends up working with Hanai, Harima and Karen.

 

Despite the fact that everybody knows about this Don Juan’s flirtatious nature, he still finds a way to woo other girls. It is unclear just how good-looking he actually is, but he does have the talent of acting really cool and suave when he needs to. While he's repeatedly rejected by both Suou and Lala, he seems more than capable of getting plenty of dates, and has attracted the attention of both Karen and Mihara Kozue. Even though he’s not physically strong, his mind is so powerful when it comes to his obsession with women, that he can actually hold his ground against the likes of black-belt Hanai, whenever he tries to stop Imadori from peeping on the girls.

 

Some say he’s stupid, others he’s fearless, and some have even called him a hero; what is true is that Imadori somehow lacks the common sense to avoid danger, not only when his judgment is blinded by the power of ”D”, but in most other occasions as well. Such as during his date with Karen, when he accidentally hits the school’s current delinquent, Tennouji, on the face. Instead of apologizing or begging for mercy, he taunts him, despite the obvious consequences. The same happens when he meets Lala, and the infamous Banana Faction is born. The only person who’s actually been able to inspire fear on him so far is Ichijou Karen, not only because of her enormous strength, but also probably because of the small size of her breasts, which do not interfere with his common sense.

 

Talents

Imadori Kyousuke is famous for his unmatched ability to evaluate women’s breast sizes only by looking at them, using the bra’s cup sizes as a measuring standard. Because of this unique talent, he is an invaluable comrade to ”Nishimoto the Buddha” and his gang of perverts. Other talents include flirting with girls, annoying people, running and swimming.

Ichijou Karen: Imadori is previously afraid of Ichijou, but seems to have been more relaxed around her recently. The opening of the Second Semester Episodes show Imadori happily playing Dojibiron with Ichijou and her brother.

 

Lala Gonzalez: Imadori and visits Lala at WAS Burger many times, but one can only speculate his true objectives. The purposes of his visits seem to be only to annoy Lala. But then again, Imadori is illustrated lunging at Lala's chest during the opening of the Second Semester Episodes. Imadori enjoys provoking the easily angered Lala, even though it invariably earns him a beating.

 

Suou Mikoto: Imadori has a crush on Mikoto, if only for her breasts.

 

Family

He has a dog.

 

Best Friends

Ichijou Kosuke: Imadori has a good friendship with Kosuke. The two share an interest in Dojibiron.

Не помню, но суть в том, что к детскому завтраку прилагалась игрушка из Додзиборона, и в конце серии показали, как израненый Имадори ползет по парку, сжимая в руке эту игрушку и хрипя опенинг из Додзиборона.

Я бы сказал так - он понимает,что мужики в подростковом возрасте более озабоченные,чем девушки(хотя этот момент весьма спорный - за свои 27 лет прожитые на этом свете,я понял,что девушки не менее озабоченны,чем парни ^_^ Просто маскируются хорошо :P )

Overview

His gentle personality and his ability to make the hopes and dreams of the boys of 2-C come true earned him the nickname "Nishimoto the Buddha." While he appears placid on the surface, he is very shrewd and calculating underneath. While his warm mentor-like demeanor and stash of "treasures" make him popular with many of the males in 2-C, his talents are less appreciated by the girls, especially Ootsuka Mai, who has known him for a long time. While he gets along great with most of the boys in his class, he has misgivings about students who actually have girlfriends.

 

He sits in the "Box Seat," having switched with Tenma under the pretense of having poor eyesight. Most students avoid that seat, since it is directly in front of the teacher. However, Nishimoto immediately recognizes the seat's advantage for his classes with Osakabe Itoko.

 

Organizations

Nishimoto is the leader of the Ero Society, a secret organization of male students devoted to gathering data on thier female classmates.

Overview

Broom-head. Jirou is a wannabe school bully who was picked on when he was younger. When he arrived in Yagami, he vowed to become the top bully in the school. However, Harima being the top rival thwarted his plans. His story is illustrated in the first OVA episode. When his blonde hair is not slicked upward in his trademark broom shape, he wears it in two ponytails. This style matches Eri's, leading to occasional misunderstandings.

 

Jirou is a fan of the idea of "Swimsuit Sumo", and he seems to be quite talented at it as well, at one point winning a competition.

Jirou has a crush on Eri, and like many male students is quite attracted to Anegasaki Tae as well. In both cases, the attraction is almost certainly not mutual.

 

Friends

Nishimoto Ganji: Jirou is one of Ganji's loyal followers, and Gangi is probably Jirou's closest friend.

 

Nara Kentarou: Fellow follower of Ganji. The three of them were the only advocates of the Swim-Suit Sumo activity for the cultural festival.

Rivals

Harima Kenji: Harima is the main person standing in Jirou's way of becoming top school delinquent. This causes Jirou mixed feelings. First, Jirou tries to "out bully" him by harassing other students. This method fails when Harima inadvertently quiets Jirou. Jirou then devises a plan on becoming Harima's right hand man, but Harima is unattentive and uninterested.

Одзи Карасума (яп. 烏丸 大路 Карасума О:дзи?) — бесстрастный юноша с непроницаемым лицом, в которого влюблена Тэнма. Обычно ведёт себя очень странно, например одевает вместо дождевика (по-японски каппа) костюм водяного демона — каппы, спит в кладовке спортзала, ездит на велосипеде со сверхзвуковой скоростью. Является фанатичным любителем карри, хорошо играет в карты, и, как стало известно Хариме, рисует популярную мангу под псевдонимом Нидзёфу (яп. 二条丈). Все попытки Тэнмы сблизится с ним, воспринимает в целом равнодушно, но иногда проявлет определённую заботу о Цукамото.

(Каппа (яп. 河童: «речное дитя») — японская разновидность водяных.

Их внешний вид весьма специфичен — нечто среднее между лягушкой и черепахой: лягушачья кожа, вместо носа — клюв, пальцы на руках и ногах соединены плавательными перепонками, на голове короткая шерсть. На макушке у каппы имеется углубление в форме овального блюдца, которое всегда должно быть заполнено водой, иначе он умрёт. Это же блюдце даёт ему сверхъестественную власть. Иногда изображается с похожим на черепаший панцирем на спине.

Каппа — опасный шутник, который затягивает людей в воду и затем вытаскивает их внутренности через задний проход. Очень любит огурцы и борьбу сумо. Считается, что, если поймать каппу, он выполнит любое желание.)

Overview

Pokerfaced and taciturn, Karasuma Ooji is one of School Rumble's biggest mysteries. Living in his own ‘special world’, the school weirdo Karasuma, seems oblivious to the rest of the world around him. Always silent, the only thing he ever seems to do is looking out the classroom window. His blank, expressionless face never gives away the slightest sign of emotions, just like his flat, robot –like voice.

 

Origins

Karasuma's parents are currently residing in America, where he was supposed to go only 2 days after class started; although he decides to stay after reading Tsukamoto Tenma’s anonymous plea (in the form of a long scroll), asking him to stay. He has plans to transfer there at the end of the current school year. Karasuma’s origins are a real mystery, and even though many believe him to be a Kappa in disguise, it has also been speculated that he is actually an alien.

 

Talents

Apart from being really good at confusing and freaking people out, Karasuma is really good at many other things. The first of them being bicycle racing, as shown in episode #1, where he outruns both Tsukamoto Tenma and Harima Kenji, and a train, and a racing car (an Initial D spoof), riding a single-gear bicycle.

Number 2 on his list of talents is being unbeatable at playing cards; as his expressionless poker-face is impossible to read.

The next amazing talent he possesses is drawing manga. Unsuspected by anyone, Karasuma Ooji is actually the legendary mangaka known as “Nijou”, whose work is the inspiration of many aspiring artists, including classmate and rival Harima Kenji.

Even though it seems as if Karasuma was also a good fighter, this is only speculation, as he’s never been shown fighting anyone. What is true is the fact that he possesses amazing physical abilities, as he easily avoids Harima Kenji’s staple move, The Hari-Ken Kick (hurricane kick), by jumping up in the air in an awesome back-flip in episode #10.

Other talents include being good at Kanji, and playing the guitar in his class’ band.

 

Personality

Despite appearances, Karasuma is not the shy and unapproachable guy he seems to be, and never hesitates to speak his mind on those rare occasions when he has something to say; this makes him the more puzzling and hard to read.

Always kind and considerate, he always seems to care for the well-being of others (namely Tsukamoto Tenma), and his usual thoughtfulness can only be disrupted by his love for curry, which is Karasuma’s favorite food and the true love of his life.

Even though he gives the impression of being an anti-social loner, he enjoys participating in every event of his class, be it as coach, referee, DJ, or playing with the band. Strangely enough, for some reason he never seems to take part in sports events as a competitor, and usually takes on a behind-the-scenes role, despite his little-known-of physical prowess.

Love Interests

Curry: Yes, curry. This happens to be Karasuma’s object of affection, more so than Tsukamoto Tenma, whom he is certainly fond of but still can’t seem to compare to the infinite beauty of a hot plate of curry.

Tsukamoto Tenma: Probably the only girl who could possibly have a crush on a guy like Karasuma, Tenma seems never to think there’s something wrong with him wearing a kappa costume when it rains, or coming to school in a skiing outfit (ski and all) in the middle of spring, neither does she find it strange that he likes to sleep in the sports supplies’ storeroom, or that he prefers curry over her. To Tenma, Karasuma is perfect and that’s that.

Karasuma in turn, does seem to appreciate Tenma’s affection, but doesn’t seem to really grasp the magnitude of her feelings for him, and not once has he tried to spend time with her by his own initiative, so his true feelings for her still remain a mystery.

Karasuma himself explains that it is hard for him to express his feelings, which is a possible reason why it seems like he does not return Tenma's feelings. However, he recently has begun to open up a bit, largely thanks to Tenma. She is currently the only person to seemingly affect Karasuma in a large way (he even asks her if she wants to walk home together!).

 

Best Friends

Even though it isn’t really clear whether he does have any close friends or not, Karasuma is well liked by Nara Kentarou and Fuyuki Takeichi, who often spend time with him. He plays in the Band with Fuyuki, Sagano Megumi, Ichijou Karen, and Yuuki Tsumugi.

 

Rivals

Harima Kenji: Even though Harima is certainly jealous of Karasuma’s growing relationship with Tenma, and most likely despises him, Karasuma doesn’t seem to hold any bad feelings towards Harima, even though he seems to know of Harima’s feelings for Tenma; and when Harima tried to fight him, he simply avoided the fight. But then again, he doesn’t seem to have any feelings towards anyone else… or anything (except curry), so who knows?

Скорее - это не дождевик,а костюм водяного демона.Так что Карасума - это демон Шутка конечно,но костюм действительно из японских сказок каких-то.

Это игра слов. "Каппа" означает и мифологическое существо - водяного, и плащ-дождевик. (смотрите с сабами! Там это вроде объясняется)

Ханаи. За то, что ботаник-каратист, такого я ещё не видел. Во-вторых, за то что влюблён в наиболее симпатичную мне героиню.
