Автор прославился пару лет назад, когда в России был экранизирован его "Момент истины" (В августе сорок четвертого).

Сам, почти всего, прочёл в возрасте 10-11 лет, по инициативе отца. Был просто в восторге. Я думаю мало кто читал его - так что для ознакомления с его творчеством - на Lib.Ru, а с биографией на Peoples.Ru

    Прочитал "Момент истины" лет в 12-13, тоже, кстати, отец порекомендовал, очень понравилось. Таманцев долго был для меня супергероем, даже круче всяких терминаторов)) Экранизация не понравилась вовсе.
